Sassis is a beautiful mountain village, situated in the Pays Toy ( High Pyrenees) at 700m high, 60 inhabitants, at 2 km of Luz Saint Sauveur on the road going to well known places in the Pyrenees : col du Tourmalet and the observatory of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the skiresorts of luz ardiden, tourmalet and gavarnie and its cirque.
Sassis has one very beautiful roman church, really worth a visit and Sassis is most of all based on tourism (ski during the winter, mountains and health resorts during the summer). Also, you'll find some accomodation to welcome you.
